As a parent and small business owner, I know how tough it can be to balance everything and still find happiness and fulfillment. But I also know that it's possible to create happiness in all aspects of our lives, and that's what I'm here to help with.
I've been through my own struggles with anxiety, depression, and alcoholism while trying to chase society's version of happiness. But through my journey, I learned that true happiness comes from within. That's why I developed The Eight Pillars of Happiness - eight traits we can all practice to enable more happiness in our lives.
With my background in sociology and advertising, and my personal experiences as a parent, business owner, activist, artist and writer, I'm uniquely qualified to help you find your own version of happiness.
